Full automatic pouring machine for horizontal parting molding line

The casting horizontal molding line is a programmable automatic pouring machine equipped with a weighing system and an imaging device. The pouring process and parameters can be set according to requirements. The molten iron weight has high accuracy and has the function of full-automatic and semi-automatic working system conversion. Horizontal molding line and static pressure line are driven by longitudinal, transverse, lifting and tilting pouring four-axis servo drive, with large speed ratio range and stable speed regulation performance. An external control room is set, and the video device monitors the operation status.

The horizontal molding machine is applicable to the on-line pouring of the horizontal parting automatic molding line with and without boxes.
